The launch of the "Net Asset Value and Asset Value Reports," initiated in collaboration with TSPB and GYODER to transparently present data related to the Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) sector to investors, took place at Assembly Ferko Signature. At the meeting attended by SPK Vice President Ali İhsan Güngör and GYODER President Neşecan Çekici, TSPB Deputy Secretary General Elif Gönençer delivered the opening speech. GYODER Board Member Sertac F. Karaağaoğlu also presented reports and data related to the financial figures of the REIT sector, including net asset values, discounts and premiums, and the classification of assets in the portfolio.
