On April 27, 2015, the GYODER High Advisory Board convened with the participation of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mr. Kadir TOPBAŞ to share their views on the intersecting issues between the Municipality and the real estate sector. The meeting addressed topics such as Law No. 6306, zoning status and acquired rights, VAT rates, the Income Tax Law, parking issues, silhouette decisions, high-rise buildings, the problem of historical artifacts, and the licensing process. Support was requested from the Metropolitan Municipality in addressing these challenges and communicating them to government officials and ministries.
