In collaboration with GYODER and the Turkish Prime Ministry's Investment Support and Promotion Agency (TYDTA), and sponsored by HSBC Bank, the first of the Roadshows aimed at promoting Turkey's real estate sector in international markets was held in London, one of the world's major financial centers. The event, which took place on November 8, 2012, attracted significant interest, with 85 representatives from important foreign investors and funds in attendance. During the Roadshow, held in the renowned financial hub of Canary Wharf, Turkey's evolving investment climate and the attractive opportunities associated with it were detailed extensively in order to attract major foreign capital groups to the country. Opportunities within Turkey's real estate sector were presented to foreign investors, highlighting mega projects such as the Istanbul Finance Center, the third airport, highways, high-speed trains, and 'Canal Istanbul,' which have transformed Turkey into a focal point of interest in the international market. Additionally, significant growth trends were noted through urban transformation and reciprocity laws.
