A working meeting for the REIT sector was organized by the GYODER REIT Committee to identify issues causing bottlenecks in REIT legislation, to work with regulatory institutions to improve the identified problems, and, when necessary, to enhance the flow processes between the valuation sector and the real estate sector. During the meeting, evaluations and suggestions from industry stakeholders regarding various business topics related to REITs were gathered.
