The "Housing Finance and Turkey Conference," organized by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on November 9-10, 2004, was held at The Ritz Carlton Hotel, with the organization managed by GYODER. Efforts are underway in our country to support solutions to the housing problem, enabling our citizens to own homes as if paying rent, by utilizing the opportunities brought by declining inflation and interest rates. A model financial framework is being developed in Turkey. To share these efforts and evaluate experiences from both developed and developing countries alongside international experts, the CMB organized the conference titled "Housing Finance and Turkey" at The Ritz Carlton Hotel on November 9-10, 2004, with GYODER taking on the organization. The conference featured presentations from many experts from Turkey as well as world-renowned specialists, and was attended by representatives of international investors, banks, and other credit institutions. The main sponsorship of the conference was provided by Garanti Bank and İş Bankası. The event also received sponsorship from DenizBank and Evidea (Yapı Kredi Koray-Garanti GYO), along with contributions from Bank Europa, Deniz Yatırım, İhlas GYO, Nurol GYO, Kredi Kayıt Bürosu A.Ş., Stewart International, and Northwest Real Estate Services LTD.
