Our association participated in the Forum Istanbul 2018 conference held in Istanbul on May 3-4, 2018. GYODER President Assoc. Dr. Feyzullah Yetgin served as a speaker in the "Cities of the Future" panel. Dr. Yetgin discussed the Emerging Cities 2050 Projection, technology and BIM (Building Information Modeling), smart cities, Real Estate 4.0, urban transformation, the "Potential Home Buyer Under the Magnifying Glass - Istanbul Report," and provided a general overview of the emerging city and brand city concepts in relation to the real estate sector.
