On February 26, 2015, a panel titled **“The State of the Construction Sector in the World and Turkey, Issues, the Future of the Sector in Gaziantep, and Necessary Measures”** was held at the Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce (GTO) with the support of the Association of Real Estate and Real Estate Investment Trusts (GYODER). Gaziantep, known for its historical and cultural heritage as well as contemporary achievements, is recognized as a model city worldwide and maintains a high level of sustainable development and quality of life. Recently, the city has been setting an example for many other Turkish cities through its various projects in urban transformation, highlighting its significant investment potential in the real estate sector. During the panel, GYODER Chairman Aziz Torun was among the opening speakers, and GYODER Board Member Neşecan Çekici presented the **“Gaziantep Real Estate Sector Evaluation and Projections 2020”** report and the **Gaziantep Housing Preferences Research** to the attendees, emphasizing the importance of revealing the city's value for its ongoing development.
