Our association also participated in the Real Estate in Emerging Markets Conference organized by Wharton School in New York on December 2, 2008. The conference addressed the 2009 outlook, asset values in emerging markets, the current state of the real estate sector, the effects of the global crisis, and the paths developed countries will follow in their real estate policies.
