GYODER participated in **Cityscape 2013**, one of the world's leading real estate fairs, held in **Dubai from October 8-10**. To share insights with international investors about making the best investments in Turkey, GYODER presented the revised edition of its booklet **“How to Buy Property in Turkey.”** This initiative aimed to enhance the promotion of the Turkish real estate sector abroad and secure Turkey's rightful place in the international arena. Additionally, GYODER organized a panel on **October 9** titled **“The Drivers Behind the Growing Scale of Real Estate Investments in Turkey and the Interest of Foreign Investors.”** The panel was moderated by GYODER Vice President **Özlem Gökçe** and featured prominent speakers, including **Ozan Balaban**, CEO of Emaar Turkey, **Anthony Mehran Khoi**, President of Aerium, and **Elie Haddad**, Deputy General Manager of Finance at BIOCITY.
