GYODER, Turkey’s Real Estate Platform, has prepared a highly significant report that will shed light on the real estate sector. The "Future of Housing, Housing of the Future - Istanbul Report", prepared in collaboration with GYODER and AKADEMETRE, was launched on February 28, 2018, at the Grand Pera Emek Hall. The report, which addresses the prominent details in the real estate sector for the first time in such a comprehensive manner, describes the changing perception of housing investors, evolving attitudes, and the shifts in preferences and usage. The report, which evaluates the dynamics of housing with quantitative and qualitative analysis, will serve as a guide to sector representatives in making critical decisions. During the half-day launch, following the presentation of the report, a panel was held where leading figures of the sector and interdisciplinary experts commented on the data and findings of the report from their perspectives. Following this, a guest speaker shared views on the future of housing advertisements and the future of real estate marketing.
