As GYODER, in collaboration with the Capital Markets Board, we organized the "Becoming a Real Estate Investment Trust" conference on December 15, 2011, at the Ceylan Intercontinental Hotel. The "Becoming a Real Estate Investment Trust" conference, held for the first time in Turkey, became an important platform where the real estate sector's needs and topics related to publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and the process of establishing REITs were discussed. In addition to REITs, banks, financial companies, valuation companies, project developers, investors, and all institutions with the potential to become REITs came together under one roof.
