Our association held the first of its 'Anatolian Meetings' in Mardin on November 2-3, 2018, bringing together representatives from the real estate sector in Anatolia to evaluate the sector's issues and proposed solutions. Hosted by the Mardin Businessmen's Association (MARİŞ), the meeting focused on recent developments in trade, tourism, and the real estate sector in the ancient city of Mardin, which bears the traces of thousands of years of culture. Solutions to the problems faced by the sector in Mardin, which has approximately 13,000 housing units in stock, were discussed. The meeting, attended by members of GYODER and MARİŞ Boards, as well as prominent figures in the real estate sector, concluded with a decision to develop various projects in Mardin, which has significant tourism potential, and to prepare a comprehensive report examining all aspects of the sector.
